These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the Member", "the User", or "the Player") and TogelUp (hereinafter referred to as "TogelUp", "we", "our", or "the Platform"), in respect of your use of the website accessible at https://togelup.cam and all associated services, applications, tools, content, and functionality made available through it.

TogelUp operates as an online sports betting and casino gaming platform targeting players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform provides wagering services on sporting events including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), and UFC, as well as live dealer casino games, virtual slots, and other forms of licensed online gambling.

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent button, or by continuing to access or use the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register for and use the TogelUp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. TogelUp strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will require all Members to submit verifiable proof of age as part of the KYC process. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited and any account found to have been opened by an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of TogelUp complies with the laws of your country or territory of residence, including but not limited to Malaysia, where online gambling regulation exists in a complex legal context.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether issued by TogelUp or any recognised gambling authority — at the time of registration or at any time during your use of the Platform.
5. Acting on Your Own Behalf: You must be registering and operating the account for yourself only, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
6. Mental Capacity: You must not be acting under any impairment, compulsion, or mental incapacity that would affect your ability to make rational gambling decisions.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, including deposit, withdrawal, and wagering services, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of TogelUp's compliance team.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. TogelUp reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

4.2 KYC Documents

Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any time at the Platform's discretion, Members are required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photographic copy of a valid government-issued Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (e.g., Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syabas), bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie photograph holding your identity document next to your face, to confirm account ownership.
• Payment Method Verification: In certain circumstances, TogelUp may request documentary proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet profile, bank statement header).

TogelUp's compliance team aims to process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Members will be notified via email and in-platform notification upon successful verification. Incomplete or unclear submissions may be returned for resubmission.

4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence

For Members who deposit or wager at elevated levels, or where account activity triggers internal risk indicators, TogelUp may initiate enhanced due diligence procedures including requests for source-of-funds documentation, enhanced identity checks, or other measures required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

Your TogelUp account is strictly personal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

• You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. TogelUp will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of funds.
• You must notify TogelUp immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• TogelUp reserves the right to terminate sessions, log out accounts, or suspend access where suspicious or irregular activity is detected, without prior notice.
• Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

TogelUp accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• Malaysian Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000, subject to payment method limits. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited instantly. FPX bank transfer deposits typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. TogelUp does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method in the same name as the registered account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. TogelUp aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Platform's payment schedule, which vary by VIP tier. Standard accounts: up to 24 hours. Silver and Gold tier: within 2 hours. VIP Elite: near-instant processing. TogelUp reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. TogelUp is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

All wagers placed on the TogelUp Platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the Platform interface at the time of play. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted by a specific feature (such as a "Cash Out" function, where available).
• TogelUp reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest miscalculation. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Member's Wallet Balance.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the decision of TogelUp's games integrity team shall be final, subject to the escalation procedure described in these Terms.
• All casino games (slots, live dealer, crash, instant games) operate using independently certified RNG technology. TogelUp does not manipulate game outcomes and no betting strategy or system can guarantee winnings.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by VIP tier.
• In-play (live) betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events are subject to suspension or closure at any time at the discretion of the trading team, particularly in response to significant match events or data irregularities.

TogelUp offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only. Eligibility criteria are stated on the relevant promotion page and may include minimum deposit amounts, account verification status, VIP tier requirements, and geographic restrictions.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated for each promotion individually.
• Only one promotion may be active on an account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the stated wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Wallet Balance without compensation.
• TogelUp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Such changes shall not affect Bonus Funds already validly claimed and actively being wagered by a Member.
• The referral programme (MYR 38 per qualifying referral) is subject to the referred Member successfully completing registration, KYC, and making a minimum qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are credited within 48 hours of eligibility confirmation.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to verified accounts within 24 hours of the Member's registered birthday date. The applicable amount is determined by the Member's active VIP tier at the time of credit.
• TogelUp reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or refuse any bonus where evidence of abuse, collusion, exploitation of a system error, or breach of these Terms is detected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the TogelUp Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using another person's payment method, financial account, or identity to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of money laundering, structuring, or financial fraud through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or scrape Platform data.
• Colluding with other players, whether in live poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer environment, to influence outcomes to the detriment of other participants or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN services, proxy servers, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards TogelUp staff or other Members through any communication channel.

TogelUp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where TogelUp reasonably determines that:

• There has been a breach of any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform;
• A Member has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy;
• A Member has been identified as a minor (person under 21 years of age);
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Upon account closure, any real-money Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification. TogelUp will not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension where the suspension was triggered by a breach of these Terms by the Member.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

All content on the TogelUp Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements, are the exclusive intellectual property of TogelUp or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for any purpose without TogelUp's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of TogelUp's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law and will be subject to civil and/or criminal enforcement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TogelUp, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or malfunction of the Platform for any reason;
• Any financial losses resulting from wagering or gaming activity, whether or not influenced by technical errors;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any action taken by TogelUp in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure;
• Any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or cyber attacks.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit TogelUp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

TogelUp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable individuals from gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a range of tools to support Members in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may define a maximum loss threshold per period. Once reached, betting activity is suspended until the limit cycle resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure in-session alerts to remind them of how long they have been playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the support team. Self-exclusion is effective immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders during gambling sessions of time elapsed and net win/loss position.

TogelUp enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all members and uses KYC verification to enforce this requirement. Any Member who suspects they have a gambling problem is strongly encouraged to visit our dedicated Responsible Gambling page for further information, self-help tools, and access to external support resources.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TogelUp holds its primary operating licence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in the Member's country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules, unless local mandatory law requires an alternative process.

For disputes relating specifically to game outcomes, Members may submit a formal complaint via the support team within 30 days of the disputed event. TogelUp's internal disputes resolution team will review the complaint and provide a written decision within 10 business days.

TogelUp reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Where changes are material, TogelUp will endeavour to notify Members via email or in-platform notification a reasonable period before the changes take effect. However, it remains your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.

The date at the top of this document ("Last updated") reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
